For Windows 2000 users-
People who use the combination of Windows 2000 and Internet Explorer (IE) are experiencing navigation errors in the shopping cart. Windows 2000 features some outdated code which has not been addressed in IE (even in the updated versions), so in this instance we recommend downloading and using the Firefox web browser. Firefox is free, more secure than IE and definitely works with these older operating systems.

For Mac, XP and Vista users-
Most problems can be fixed by simply checking a couple things in your web browser's preferences (or settings). Just make sure that javascript is enabled and that your web browser is set to accept cookies . Also, since we are frequently making small adjustments to our site it may also be necessary to clear out the cache in your web browser (called Temporary Internet Files in Internet Explorer) from time to time so it doesn't load old versions of the pages.
