Boy howdy! Does this album slam! I’m on maybe my 24th run through it and it’s when you memorize the music that you’ll find the best rewards. Farina’s drumming in particular is so mesmerizing, which fits amazingly with her voice. Her and Ian’s vocals together is also a major treat! Along with Joe’s mad bass treatments, one can really tell that there is some great chemistry within the recordings. Start to finish, I find it to be a gem! The way it ends with the last three songs meshing together has to be one of the most beautiful endings to an album I’ve heard in years. My favorite song at the moment is Shidleebop. It’s a fucking masterpiece, and has brought me to tears. Overall, all in all, lastly and FURTHERMORE, I am super glad I gave it a listen. Y’all could check it out.
