Holiday Shipping Notice

Please carefully read over our shipping policies so that you can choose the proper shipping method to meet your delivery needs while using our web-store.

All of our shipping times are estimates calculated by the United States Postal Service and are based on the date of shipping (not the date of purchase). The USPS does not guarantee delivery times but we have found them to be fairly accurate.

Domestic Orders: within the continental United States
Domestic orders are processed within 48 hours (weekend orders are processed on Monday) and sent via your choice of USPS MEDIA MAIL (7-10 days), FIRST CLASS (3 days) or PRIORITY MAIL (1-3 days). Shipping charges will be added to the order total based on weight and destination.

According to the USPS, MEDIA MAIL packages are estimated to arrive within 3-10 days of shipping and, in our experience, the vast majority of packages arrive within this time frame. However, in rare instances we have found that MEDIA MAIL can take up to 3 weeks so please keep this in mind for time-sensitive orders.

International Orders
International orders are processed within 48 hours (weekend orders are processed on Monday) and shipped via your choice of First-Class Mail International (delivery time varies), USPS Express Mail International (1-3 days), and Priority Mail International (6-10 days). Occasionally International packages can be held up in customs, which may add to the delivery time. Shipping charges will be added to the order total based on weight and destination.

If your order arrived damaged, defective or didn't actually arrive at all, please contact us at 703-351-7507 or send an email to orders@dischord.com and we will work quickly to remedy the situation. Please include your name, order number and any relevant information with your correspondence.
